The T. Quality Fish Frying & Fast Food Show takes place on Sunday 12th June 2022 and you won’t want to miss it!

The last two years have had a huge impact on the takeaway and fast food market, with shop owners having to abandon old habits and very quickly adopt new ones. It’s resulted in a new multi-faceted business that now has to satisfy customers that walk in and stay at home, who order spontaneously and order ahead. Middleton Food Products, meanwhile, will be serving fish and chips from a dedicated mobile van, giving customers the chance to stop by and try its batter, gravies and curry sauces.

Kismet Kebabs is bringing its new plant based range which includes vegan kebabs, burgers, hot dogs and nuggets, while Nortech Foods, well-known for its Superior beef dripping, will be promoting its new vegetable oil.

First-time exhibitor Rupert’s Ingredients will encourage shops to think about different styles of chicken with its range of breadings and coatings, as well as how shops can add value to their chips with a range of salts that include American style, Piri Piri, smokey BBQ and cajun.

Stock up on essential tools and sundries from Drywite as you browse its walk-through equipment shop, pick up the latest eco-friendly food packaging from Ask Packaging and check out Sweetheat’s heated delivery bags, perfect for keeping orders warm until they reach customers’ doors.

If technology is your thing, BD Signs & Digital will be showcasing its self service kiosk, online ordering app and digital menu screens while Preoday QikServe will be on hand to talk through its online ordering and payment solutions. And if you still want to deal in cash, CC Dynamic is exhibiting its £XCHEKKA cash handling machine, which avoids the need for staff to handle coins and notes, eliminates theft and saves time counting cash.
