Is your business ready to comply with the Single Use Packaging Ban in England?

As of Sunday, October 1st, the Single Use Packaging Ban comes into effect in England, and it will cover plastic plates, trays, bowls, cutlery, balloon sticks, and certain types of polystyrene cups.

Detailed guidance from the Government on the single-use plastics ban coming into force in England on 1st October is available by click here.

This ban will cover items such as plates, bowls, trays, containers, cutlery and balloon sticks. Businesses and organisations that do not comply with the ban may face fines. It is important to be aware of the changes and ensure your organisation is following the new regulations
