T.Quality Foodservice is delighted to announce the appointment of Mark Morrison as Purchasing Director, following the retirement of Richard Brooks after more than 30 years of outstanding service to the business.
Mark joined T.Quality in 2022 following the acquisition of Morrisons Foodservice, a move that significantly strengthened the company's presence in Scotland and led to the opening of its purpose-built depot in Hillington Park. Having worked alongside his parents in the family business, Mark brought with him a wealth of foodservice experience, strong supplier relationships and a deep understanding of the industry.
Since joining T.Quality, Mark has played an important role in the successful integration of Morrisons Foodservice and has become a key member of the purchasing team. As Purchasing Director, he will lead the company's procurement strategy, supplier partnerships and product sourcing, helping to ensure T.Quality continues to deliver exceptional value, quality and service to customers across the UK.
Mark Morrison said:
"I'm incredibly proud to be taking on the role of Purchasing Director at T.Quality. Joining the business through the Morrisons Foodservice acquisition has been a fantastic journey, and I'm excited to build on the strong relationships we've developed with our suppliers while continuing to support the growth of the business."
Mike Crees, Managing Director of T.Quality, said:
"Mark brings outstanding industry knowledge, commercial expertise and a genuine passion for foodservice. He has made a significant impact since joining T.Quality and is the ideal person to lead our purchasing function as we continue to invest in our customers, supplier partnerships and future growth."
T.Quality would also like to pay tribute to Richard Brooks, whose dedication and leadership have helped shape the company's purchasing operation over the past three decades. Richard has built lasting supplier relationships and made an invaluable contribution to the success of T.Quality.
Everyone at T.Quality thanks Richard for his exceptional service and wishes him a long, happy and well-deserved retirement.
