Storm Eowyn Weather Warning
As Storm Eowyn approaches, T.Quality would like to provide an update on our services from our Glasgow depot.
The Met Office has upgraded the weather warning to Red, with the storm expected to hit Scotland on the morning of Friday, 24th January. Extreme winds, with gusts reaching up to 100mph, are forecast across central Scotland, Tayside, Fife, southwest Scotland, Lothian, the Borders, and Strathclyde. The Red Warning will be in effect from 10:00 to 17:00.
In addition to this, there is an Amber Warning for wind across other areas of the country and a Yellow Warning for snow covering much of the Highlands.
Impact on Deliveries
Given the severity of the storm:
- We anticipate significant disruptions to our delivery services.
- In some cases, deliveries may need to be cancelled to ensure the safety of everyone involved.
