Easter 2025 with T.Quality!

We would like to extend our sincere appreciation for choosing T.Quality as your foodservice solution. We are excited to share our new delivery schedule for the upcoming Easter and May Bank Holidays.

Friday 18th April – Good Friday

Business as usual.

We will be delivering, and our Customer Care Line and sales advisors will be working.

Our Trade Counters across all 12 depots will be operating their usual hours. (8:30am-4:45pm)

You must confirm your online order by 4pm on Friday 18th April for your scheduled delivery on Tuesday 22nd April.

Saturday 19th April

Business as usual.

We will be delivering, and our Trade Counters in Swindon, Birmingham, Swansea, Leeds and Bridlington will be open.

Sunday 20th April – Easter Sunday

T.Quality will be closed.

Monday 21st April – Easter Monday

We will not be operating our delivery service on this day and our sales centres will be closed.

Our Trade Counters in Swindon, Birmingham, Swansea, Leeds, Bridlington, Glasgow, Portsmouth, Bovey Tracey will be open 9:00am – 1pm.

Order placed via click and collect must be confirmed 30 minutes before the trade counter closes on the day of collection.

Delivery Schedule

Customers who receive deliveries from us on Monday should be aware that your service will be disrupted. Contact our customer careline on 0330 1243707 for delivery schedules.

If you have any specific delivery instructions or require any modifications, please let our customer support team know in advance so that we can ensure that your orders are delivered as per your requirements.
