The August Bank Holiday is just around the corner, and we want to make sure our customers are fully up to date with how this affects our depots and services. While most sites will be operating a limited service, we’re pleased to share some exciting news for 2025:
For the very first time, our Birmingham depot will be fully open and functioning as normal, with deliveries, telesales, and the trade counter all running throughout the day.
This means customers in the Birmingham area can continue to order and receive their goods as they would on any standard working day.
The following trade counters will also remain open, although delivery and telesales operations at these sites will be closed:
- Swindon – 9:00am to 12:45pm*
- Leeds – 9:00am to 12:45pm*
- Swansea – 9:00am to 12:45pm*
- Bridlington – 9:00am to 12:45pm*
- Portsmouth – 9:00am to 12:45pm*
- Bovey Tracey – 9:00am to 12:45pm*
Important note: Customers who are normally serviced from depots that are closed on the Bank Holiday and wish to order for Tuesday 26th August must place their orders by 4:00pm on Friday 22nd August to ensure timely delivery.
On the day, you can either order online for pickup or place an order at the collection counter.
As Scotland is not affected by the Bank Holiday, T.Quality Glasgow will also remain open as usual.
