Vacuum packed instant dried yeast. Especially developed instant dry yeast for processes with limited sugar contents, up to a maximum of 10 percent. Fermipan Red is ideal for all lean dough bread types requiring high-fermentation power, with superb baking results. Ambient product produced in the UK. Once opened the yeast must be refrigerated or frozen in an airtight container . Under these conditions, we recommend using the Dry Yeast within 4 months after opening if refrigerated, or within 6 months after opening if frozen.
