Seafish, the UK non-departmental public body for a sustainable seafood industry and profitable future have recently launched a new-look website. Seafish are the only pan-industry body that offers services to all parts of the seafood industry, from catching and aquaculture to restaurants and retailers, including importers, exporters and distributors of seafood.
You can also download a wide range of reports and guides from advice on the health benefits attributed to a particular fish, to its point of sale material that is available, through to the valuable training courses covering everything from food safety and health and safety to fish frying and customer service skills.
