76th NFFF AGM and Banquet and Ball
How time flies…. the National Federation of Fish
Friers will celebrate their centenary year in 2013, but in preparation for this
historic milestone, they are now excited to announce details for the 76thAnnual
General Meeting and Banquet & Ball.
Taking place at The Legacy Falcon hotel in the centre
of beautiful Stratford-upon-Avon, the AGM will be held on Sunday
29th April 2012 from 12 noon until 3.00pm, this will be
followed later in the evening by the Banquet and Ball, starting at 6.30pm until
late.
With Stratford-upon-Avon being the birthplace of a
certain poet and playwright, this year the NFFF have pulled out all the stops,
running with a Shakespearean theme to the day’s proceedings.
A brilliant weekend deal package is available for those that want to fit in
some sight-seeing and shopping and want to enjoy a relaxed and enjoyable
weekend.
Open to all NFFF members, this is a great opportunity
to come and meet the Executive Councillors, as well as socialise with industry
suppliers and fellow fish friers, young and old, from around the country, in a
relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Denise Dodd, General Secretary of the NFFF, comments: “The AGM gives every member the opportunity to voice their opinions on matters affecting their trade and the running of the organisation. The more members that attend, the more effective the Federation can be. The Banquet & Ball afterwards is a great way to relax after the business of the day and enjoy a good meal, in good company and develop working relationships.”

Banquet and Ball ticket price £35 per person, to include an
evening of entertainment with a Shakespearian twist, drinks reception, table
